It’s been a busy summer for 4 Oaks Group, with our team completing seven separate projects across local primary and secondary schools, upgrade works at Aston Villa F.C., and the start of a major new £300k resin flooring project for Speller Metcalfe.
Seven School Projects, Completed
Education has been a major focus for the team recently, with seven school sites benefiting from roofing, flooring and outdoor works carried out over the summer period; timed to minimise disruption ahead of the new school year.
Roofing – Triflex System Installations
- Greysbrooke Primary School – full roof replacement, 1,100m², in a Triflex system
- The Royal Sutton School – full roof replacement, 500m², in a Triflex system
- Nether Stowe School – full roof replacement, 200m², in a Triflex system
Each of these projects saw the existing roof fully replaced using Triflex’s cold-applied liquid waterproofing systems; a durable, seamless solution well suited to school buildings, where minimising future disruption to teaching time is a priority.
Flooring Works
- St Michael’s Primary School – new flooring works internally for four classrooms
- Deykin Avenue School – new flooring works for two new classrooms
Outdoor & Play Spaces
- Two Gates Primary School – new resin soft play area, 50m²
- Curdworth Primary School – new sensory garden

Upgrade Works at Aston Villa F.C.
Alongside our education projects, 4 Oaks Group has also carried out upgrade works to the Trinity, Doug Ellis and Holte stands at Aston Villa F.C; a fantastic project to be involved in, and one that reflects the trust placed in our team to deliver quality work in high-profile, high-footfall environments.
New Project Underway: £300k Terrace Flooring for Speller Metcalfe
September shows no signs of slowing down for us here at 4 Oaks Group. We have now started a significant new project for Speller Metcalfe at Almonry Close, a £300k contract to install anti-slip resin terrace flooring. The project is currently underway, and we look forward to sharing more as work progresses.
