It’s been a busy and exciting period for us, and we’re delighted to share details of several significant new contracts that are underway or starting shortly. From schools and universities to one of the Midlands’ most iconic football grounds, these projects reflect the trust our clients place in us (and the breadth of work we’re proud to deliver.)
Almonry Close Residential Scheme – Anti-Slip Walkways (£200k) Working alongside Speller Metcalfe, we’re delivering all anti-slip walkways across this new residential development at Almonry Close. Safety underfoot is often overlooked in new builds; we’re making sure it isn’t here.
Aston Villa Football Club – Villa Park Stair Refurbishment (£200k) We’re working on the Trinity Road redevelopment at Villa Park, delivering full anti-slip treatments to all concrete stairs throughout the stadium. It’s a high-profile project in a world-class venue, and we’re delighted to be part of it.
Coleshill Senior School Block E – Flat Roof Refurbishment (£30k) Another project for ATLP, this time at Coleshill Senior School. We’re acting as Principal Contractor for the Block E roof refurbishment. This is a smaller project, but one that carries the same level of care and attention as any other we undertake.
Warwick University, Wellesbourne Campus – Roof Refurbishment (£100k) Rounding off this latest round of contracts is a roof refurbishment at Warwick University’s Wellesbourne Campus, covering the Bleasdale and Engineering Block buildings. Working within a live university campus brings its own set of considerations, and we’re well versed in delivering in exactly these kinds of environments.
Across all four projects, the common thread is the same: clients who trust us to deliver, and a team that’s ready to do exactly that. A great start to the year, and we can’t wait to show you the finished results.
